So today's video Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred: Level 1 (located towards the end of this blogpost) was recommended by the lovely Inspiring Thing at moon-serenade.blogspot.de. This video is intense. I was once again drenched in sweat afterwards. It went fast (might have been the music). It was intense for my level (I'm out of shape for sure) and best of all it's free to watch on youtube!!
For this video I would recommend:
- Hand weights. They use them (making you get more out of the workout).
- A yoga mat because you will be doing a few exercises on the floor.
- Plenty of Space. When I was doing the jumping jacks my flat screen was moving along with me. It was less than one foot to two feet away from during the exercise. It was wobbling all over the place which was a tad scary. (I sure do not want to break that!! )
- You will also need 30 minutes to do the workout without breaks.

Like the lady said if...
So that means if you want to meet your goal whatever that may be you are going to have to do some work. Your desired results will NOT be handed to you by some wishful thinking. That means setting aside time (like now) and forcing yourself to work. In this case for exercising that would mean pushing yourself while you feel the BURN!
