Time to Workout Marathon Day 1: Today's Time to Workout - Quote- Video

This week of exercise was okay. It was way better than last week. I ended up doing at least a ten minute video on most days. I know I had ten minutes to spare. I got out of my routine. I'm going to have to create a new one when I move. Since I'm about to move I decided to do a whole bunch of ten minute videos and then post them through out the week. When I get to my destination I will know which ones will be more suitable for the space I will have.

This video was great I enjoyed every minute of it. I ended up playing the video on my television. I plan to do the rest of the week's videos on my mobile. I will let you know how it works out for each video.

For this workout you will need:
  • Dumbbells
  • Space - About a yoga mat length and enough to kick your legs up

If you are like me, you need constant motivation. Sometimes I feel like blogging other days I just rather pass, same for exercise. I usually don't have an excuse for myself other than I'm just not feeling it. Sometimes quotes help me. Sometimes reading articles that remind me of the areas I want to target help my motivation. Regardless how I got motivated before I always feel better after my workout. I hope my Time to Workout posts help you stay motivated. :-)

Start now. Even if it's a little bit it will get you closer to your goals than putting it off.
