If it isn't obvious this is really about how sugar destroys your body!! Which is sad because I have a bad sweet tooth however I have never had a problem with turning down soda/pop. I have been actively trying to replace the baked and cooked sweet treats with fruit. I stopped making desserts which has helped my wallet so I'm not complaining. My biggest foe yet is breakfast food. My favorite meal has always been breakfast because of the sweet entrees usually served.
I had to add the pop to honor my midwestern roots,lol .
