Time to Workout: Ab Workouts (Intense and mild)

Ab Power Workout 2: Hard Core Training | 30 DAY 6 PACK ABS

The video above is one where you can choose it's intensity on because you can choose the amount of weight you want to use. I choose 15 and then 10 second time around.

What you will need:
Exercise mat + dumbbell your choice of weight

The video above wasn't really intese at all and I did it after the first one and some sets on the abdominal machine.

What you will need:
exercise mat; no weight is used.

To no surprise the first is my fav!! However I liked the variety of the intense and not so much when I had them in my workout. ^_^

Neither one of them made my sweat so for me they are more
of complements to my workout instead of solo workouts.
