Time to Workout: '10-Minute Pilates Butt Workout'

The pulsing. The Isometrics. Your booty will burn! But the oh pain will turn into pleasure because you really feel like you are kicking that butt! The first time, I did this was on a glutes/lower body day as a warm up to get me in my workout and whew! It woke up. It was more intense that I expected but when I think about it I should have expected it because it's pilates. Pilates always seem to bring sweet pain to any workout I incorporate it in, so enjoy!
