The first time, I did this was on a glutes/lower body day as a warm up to get me in my workout and whew! It woke up. It was more intense that I expected but when I think about it I should have expected it because it's pilates. Pilates always seem to bring sweet pain to any workout I incorporate it in, so enjoy!
