Butt Shaper Workout: Denise Austin- Shrink Your 5 Fat Zones
You know I love working out my butt! Altohugh I still haven't got myself back into a routine once I saw this video in my youtube stream I had to try!
What you will need:
- Exercise Mat
- Some type of Weight - I used ten pound kettlebell
This short 10 minute video is more like a warmup or an add on to a more intense workout. It was fun to do especially since I didn't need a lot of space to do it! I did this workout within the restrictions of my exercise mat. I positioned my body to the side instead of directly towards the tv on some moves so that I could do the move and it worked out fine.
